【INTRODUCTION】IRIS-560 is high-performance lubricant for special usage applied to anti-rust lubrication of steel wire rope, blast furnace, shaft coupling, sintering machine, mixing machine, continuous casting machine, high temperature bearings, gears, drive chain and thread. It is thickened and syntheticed by a new thickener, added the extreme pressure lubricants, rust inhibitors and modulated by advanced additive, as the first domestic product.
【CHARACTERISTICS】
1. IRIS-560 has high temperature resistance. It is not easy to be burned at very high temperature. Not only it does not spread flame, but it will self-extinguish soon after catching fire.
2. IRIS-560 is added a variety of high-performance lubrication materials. It has the property of good extreme pressure lubrication on iron and steel products.
3. IRIS-560 with excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability is avalable in the long-term condition at high temperature 170℃
